As the founder of H.E.A.R.T, I bring over five years of hands-on pet care experience, coupled with 15 years of personally owning and caring for a dog. As someone who is hard of hearing and living with epilepsy, I understand the importance of patience, structure, and empathy. These values are at the core of both our pet care services and our workplace culture, ensuring every dog receives the love and attention they deserve.
